Support — Shape Clash
Something broken, confusing, or unfair? Email cronomzstudio@gmail.com and you will get a reply from an actual person — usually within a few days.
Reporting a bug
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- Your device model and Android version.
- What you were doing when it went wrong — which screen, which node, which fight.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording if you have one. For a rules or damage question, a screenshot of the board is worth a paragraph.
You do not need an account to get help, and there is nothing to log in to. Just email.
Common questions
I got a new phone / I lost my progress
Shape Clash saves to your device, so uninstalling or switching phones loses local progress unless it was backed up. To back it up, use the cloud save option on the home screen and connect a Google Play Games account. That stores your permanent progress — statistics, hero roster, codex and cosmetic choices — under your own Google account, and restores it on a new device.
Two things to know:
- A run in progress is never synced. Only permanent progress travels. This is deliberate: defeat has to be final, or the wager on your heroes means nothing.
- If your device and the cloud disagree, the game asks you which to keep rather than silently overwriting either one.
I paid for a pack and it is gone
Open the store and tap “Restore purchases”. Ownership is held by Google Play, not by the save file, so a restore works even on a fresh install with no progress at all. If it still does not appear, email us with the Google Play order number from your receipt.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us — see Google's refund guide. If a purchase was broken or not what the store page described, tell us as well so it can be fixed for everyone.
I watched an ad and got nothing
Rewards are granted only when an ad is watched to the end; a skipped, failed or interrupted ad grants nothing, by design. If an ad will not load, that is usually the ad network having nothing to serve you right now — try again later. Nothing in the game is locked behind an ad: every ad is optional, and the game can be finished completely without watching a single one.
How do I change my choice about personalised ads?
If you are somewhere that requires a consent choice — the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some US states — the game shows Google's consent message before it ever requests an ad, and keeps an entry point on the home screen to reopen it. You can change or withdraw your choice there at any time, and it takes effect straight away. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's own Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Today’s Page says I have no attempts left, but it is a new day
A new day is worked out from your device's clock, and the game deliberately refuses to roll over early — otherwise winding the clock forward would mint fresh attempts and bounties on demand, and Pocket Money is meant to be earned. If your clock or timezone changed, the page catches up on its own once enough real time has passed. If it is genuinely stuck, email us.
How do I turn off sound, music or vibration?
Open the settings from inside the game — sound and music are volume sliders (drag to zero to mute), and haptics is a simple ON/OFF toggle.
How do I delete everything the game has stored?
On your device: Settings → Apps → Shape Clash → Storage → Clear data, or just uninstall. If you used cloud save, also delete the saved game from the Google Play Games app. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Do you collect my data?
We hold nothing about you — no accounts, no analytics, no servers of ours. The only data that leaves your device goes to Google's ad, cloud-save and billing services. The privacy policy spells out exactly what and why.
Feature requests and balance complaints
Both are welcome, and “this unit feels broken” is genuinely useful feedback — include the situation and what you were up against. Not every suggestion can ship, but every one gets read.
